Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Custom-built, rebuilt, special-order, or drop-shipped items may require additional processing time.


Shipping Methods

We ship using various carriers depending on item size, weight, and destination, including but not limited to:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • LTL Freight carriers

Carrier selection is at our discretion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier.

Freight shipments may require additional charges, including but not limited to:

  • Liftgate service

  • Residential delivery

  • Limited access locations

Any additional charges will be billed to the customer.


Freight & Large Items

Large, heavy, or oversized items may ship via LTL freight.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Ensuring proper equipment and personnel are available to unload

Failed delivery attempts or reconsignment fees will be billed to the customer.


Drop-Shipped Items

Some products ship directly from our suppliers.
Shipping times, methods, and tracking availability may vary by supplier.

Multiple items in a single order may ship separately.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, weather, labor shortages, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to sender

  • Additional shipping costs due to address errors

Reshipment fees may apply.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect shipments upon delivery.

  • Visible freight damage must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery

  • Concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days

Claims submitted outside these timeframes may be denied.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipment is transferred to the carrier.


International Shipping

At this time, we [do / do not] offer international shipping.
If applicable, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available.
Some freight shipments may have limited tracking updates.
