Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Custom-built, special-order, drop-shipped, or rebuilt hydraulic components are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special-order hydraulic cylinders or components

  • Rebuilt or repaired items

  • Electrical components once installed

  • Seals, fittings, hoses, or consumables

  • Items marked Final Sale

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
